Frozen fruit 21 lbs mixed fruit crushed for 5 ~ 6 gallons wine

1 Campden tablets (0.62 grams) per gallon
1/2 tsp per gal - Acid Blend
1/2 tsp per gal - Yeast Nutrient
1/2 tsp per gal - Pectin
1/2 tsp per gal - Tannin
Wait 24 hours
Add yeast
